calming ambience spacious room good array friendly staff
I thought the grounds were just lovely, with such a calming ambience. The room was very spacious and clean upon arrival. I found the breakfast buffet had a good array of fresh options. Staff were friendly and efficient.

My premium room included a comfortable king-size bed, a separate seating area, and a balcony with views. The bathroom featured two sinks and a walk-in shower. i saw amenities restocked daily. The room's air conditioning worked GREAT!!!

There were multiple swimming pools on site, including designated areas for children. I also saw daily activities organized for both kids and adults. The several restaurants offered a diverse range of cuisine, VERY good!!!

grounds are lovely, but some issues noted
moisture presence remote location
the room i had featured some problems. there was moisture present on the walls. the location was quite remote, and reaching it required a ten-minute wait for the only available elevator. after speaking with two different agents, they did change the room for me, which i appreciated.

Solid stay with good amenities!
professional staff great facilities clean room
I found the staff very professional and friendly. They contributed a lot! The facilities kept me busy, ensuring I had something to do. The room was also large and clean. I liked the nice terrace. Breakfast had a wide range of fresh produce too.
The signposting throughout the hotel was not very good. I found it difficult to find my way around.

The hotel's location provided a quiet setting away from city noises. Beautiful gardens surround the hotel. They are well kept and offer a relaxing environment. It is easy to access nearby golf courses for recreation.
